Campervan at Yosemite National Park

Yosemite National Park Spring Break RV Rental Package

Yosemite National Park, given to the state of California by Abraham Lincoln in June of 1864 with the “express conditions that the premises shall be held for public use, resort and recreation.”

Yosemite is one of the top spring break destinations and it’s no wonder with majestic mountains and distinct geographical areas.  It’s nearly impossible to see all it’s beauty in just one trip but it doesn’t hurt to try.

All-Inclusive Yosemite Package

Planning a trip to Yosemite can be one of the most challenging – How will you get there? Where will you stay? Adventure KT has is all planned out for you in one sweet, all-inclusive package. All you have to do is get to El Cajon, California and from there just follow their plan.

Upon arrival, Adventure KT has your RV Rental fully stocked with everything you’ll need (food not included) for your Spring Break escape. This Class C RV is 25 feet long and sleeps 2 – 5 people – perfect for a family ready to explore.

Day one starts with a 7-hour drive to Bass Lake, just south of Yosemite where you’ll stay your first night. Campsites are hard to come by in Yosemite, so it’s nice that Adventure KT has this taken care of for you.

Day two is a short, scenic drive into Yosemite National Park with a viewpoint of Tunnel View. Take this opportunity to stop at the overlook for those iconic and expansive views of Yosemite Valley.  Starting your drive early will allow for stops along the way like Mariposa Grove to see the worlds largest trees and Glacier Point where you can look out at the famous climbing spot, Half Dome.

This is just the beginning of a family vacation for the ages. And, with the comforts, go-at-your-own-pace of an RV.

Once you get to basecamp at Upper Pines Campground (day 2 – 6), it’s up to you to discover Yosemite.  Hike to Happy Isles up Vernal and Nevada Falls on the Mist Trail, then onto Mirror Lake with a view of Half Dome which from all reports is a gem and worth the hike. Yosemite National Park has more than 12 miles of paved bike paths, and it’s one of the fastest ways to get around Yosemite Valley.

The sky is the limit with this package. So much beauty to see, activities that everyone will enjoy. It’s truly a trip that will be remembered and simply planned out for you.
