Get Started with Host Initiated RV Rental Transactions
When you list your RV on RVnGO and want to send your Guest a quote, you can hover over HOSTS in the top bar and select fleet to view you listing(s).
Then, click on the name of your listing. The following screen will include your listing and a box on the right side where you can enter the name, email address of your Guest along with the dates of their trip. Then, you can send them a quote.
Honest and Transparent
When your renter receives a quote you send them from your listing on RVnGO, all of the charges associated with their rental are clearly spelled out and are not misleading.
Your renter will receive their quote via email. If they don’t already have a free account with RVnGO, they will need to create one. This re quires them to also provide a profile photo, complete a questionnaire related to their driving history and upload their Driver’s License for verification.
RVnGO verifies the Driver’s License of everyone renting an RV to make sure that it is valid and is in fact the same person renting the RV. This protects you from renting to someone who shouldn’t be renting your RV.

We all know that RV rentals are not covered by standard auto insurance policies and your renters will need supplemental RV rental coverage.
RVnGO RV Rental Damage Protection covers your renters and you, by making sure that if the unforeseen happens, your renter and you are not liable for damages to others. RVnGO RV rental damage protection is paid for by the Renter, which means that you do not need to carry a monthly commercial RV rental insurance policy.
Liability coverage covers your RV renters in the unfortunate case that they are in an accident and damage someone’s property or person. Most RV rental insurance policies only include the State minimum in coverage, which is usually as low as $20,000. If your renter were to get into an accident and another person was hurt, the state minimum coverage would likely not suffice, leaving your rent and you open to expensive legal costs and supplementing the low coverage financially.
RVnGO Property damage coverage covers your RV in the case of an accident. Depending on the type of RV, you can choose to include up to $200,000 in coverage for your RV. If your replacement value is lower than $20,000 or $10,000, you can select a lower coverage amount, which will save your renters on the nightly damage waiver fee when renting your RV.
