Places To Park/Camp In and Around The Lucidity Festival
Here is what you need to know about parking or camping your RV Rental for the Lucidity Music Festival. They will have a designated place to hook up and park your RV rentals. However, you must pre-purchase an RV pass to have a spot in the designated RV parking area. If you don’t buy this pass, you’ll have to park your RV rental in the General Parking Lot and be subject to higher impact fees due to the size of the RV.
An RV pass is required if your RV rental is over 18 feet long. If your vehicle is under 18 feet long, you’ll park in the General Parking Lot.
Also, if you have a car in addition to the RV, you won’t be allowed to park it next to your RV in the RV lot. You’ll need to park it in the General Parking Lot.
Parking At The Lucidity Music Festival — Is It Worth It?
Given the theme of earth regeneration, the Lucidity Music Festival organizers strongly encourage carpooling.
In the General Parking Lot, all vehicles will be required to pay a fee. For cars with two or more people, the fee is $30. For single drivers, it’s $50.
If you have an RV pass, you’ll be able to park your RV rental on the festival grounds. However, you will NOT be able to camp in the festival parking lots.
What Am I Allowed To Bring to the Lucidity Music Festival?

- Cachuma Lake Recreation Area. Again, the ocean is great, but the Santa Barbara area boasts amazing lakes as well. You’ll have plenty of options to hook up your RV rental, but while you’re there, you might as well rent a kayak, motorboat, or pontoon boat.
- Lake Casitas. To continue the lake theme, you’ll be pleased with Lake Casitas. Closer to Los Angeles than other options, you can enjoy disc golf and even a water park. For both Cachuma and Casitas, you’ll be able to access the lake with your boat if that’s your desire.
- Los Prietos. If you’re into sports, this is the spot for you. If you like to fish, mountain bike, or ride horses, your desire will be fulfilled. If you’re a fan of recent history, Knapp’s Castle is only 20 minutes from the campsite.
- Faria RV Park. If you’re a fan of archipelagos (multiple islands), then you’ll love Faria. Reservations are competitive, even at 180 days out, so you may want to book now.
California Dreamin’

- South Carlsbad State Beach. Of course, California is all about the ocean. At South Carlsbad, you’ll be able to get as close as you can get to the beach with your RV rental. Further south in San Diego, the weather will be warmer, so enjoy a walk along the beach as you take in the sunshine rays.
