All messages and transactions between Guest and Host are facilitated through the RVnGO Platform. Any issues that revolve around the RV and the rental or purchase are between the Host and Guest. Any damage protection claims during the course of a rental are to be handled between the company, the Host and Guest. The RVnGO Platform, the Company and RVnGO staff are only responsible for the smooth function, operation and user experience of using the RVnGO website. The company and staff are not involved in or responsible for any event or misunderstanding between the Host and Guest.
